Clean, modern, comfy, great service and the restaurant has diverse, tasty foods.
Stayed here for couple of days and I was feeling great. The main attraction is the SPA area which includes indoor pool and the outdoor jacuzzis. The rooms are nice and clean and were cleaned every day by the staff. We have only served breakfast which was ok with plenty of varieties. Lunch and dinner were also available but kind of overpriced and not so good .
5 stars for the staff, for the cleanliness, for the rooms. Everything was fine. The pool water was warm, there were plenty towels, the pool is quite small (approximately 12x15 meters). The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were ok for us, because there weren't any other guests using them on the weekend when we were there.
Lovely stay, truly 4 proper stars Hotel.
Loved the room, breakfast, pool, the view, friendliness and the general good karma vibe.
Advice to managers: Stop using synthetic linen. It sucks. Cotton & down are the best. That's the only down (pun intended)

Horrible experience with this
hotel on 14th of August 2022. After booking a room online and entering the card data on a reservation platform, when we arrived at the reception, the lady there told us that there was no
reservation in our name. After I showed her the confirmation email, she said that no one is ever checking the platform on which I made the reservation with a
very careless attitude. The suggested solution was to look elsewhere as the hotel was already full. My card data thus
remaining registered in their system and having to look foranother place to stay at 6 PM.

Amazing staff, the rooms are nice and clean, but the prices on the food at the restaurant are extremely expensive and the spa is not being taken care of and cleaned that well. Overall, I really recommend this hotel!
Very good breakfast! Even though we didn’t stay at this hotel, we were able to have the breakfast in the restaurant. 40 RON per person is a good and fair price,
The conditions here are incredibly good! Rooms were cleaned, we had a balcony and the staff is well trained and nice with everyone.
Also they have wet/dry sauna, jacuzzi and a pool.
